SERVICE AGREEMENT
Binary Technologies provides Domain Name Registration, Web based services such as Hosting, FTP, Email and Web based application development. All services provided by Binary Technologies may be used for lawful purposes only. Binary Technologies reserve the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. Binary Technologies reserve the right to suspend or cancel any client's access to any portion or all of Binary Technologies services, when Binary Technologies deems that the account has been used inappropriately.
The client is responsible for programming and for uploading the Web site to our Web servers. The client is responsible for keeping a complete and current copy of Web site files as backup on their remote system (not on Binary Technologies servers) In case of Binary Technologies makes a contract for web site maintenance and updates, clients updated web site will be available with Binary Technologies. Technical support is provided via ticket based support system and email, it is mandatory to send mail with reference to your account with Binary Technologies in case you seek any support.
Illegal Activities including but not limited to storing and/or distributing illegal copies of copyright software, hosting/maintaining inappropriate sites, violating trademarks and copyrights, violating International laws, selling and/or distributing illegal contraband; will your site, Email services suspend with immediate effect.
Internet abuse including but not limited to: spamming - mass unsolicited emailing, posting obscene or inflammatory messages, nudity, threatening other Internet users, using excessive disk space, attempting to gain access to root and other clients' accounts (hacking), unfair competition, infringement of patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property right, violation of privacy; will result in termination of your Web Account without any refunds.
We only allow our clients to use our SMTP server without using any illegal techniques and any unauthorised use of our SMTP server such as spam mail is not allowed. Un-solicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation.
Domain Name registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
For web site development - Customer will provide the text, Material, images and data to be used while creating the layouts and developing all pages. A page (Webpage) of information is equivalent to an A-4 sheet of paper filled with text in 12 point Times Roman font.
Ownership of the theme and designs developed / created for verification to final layouts belongs to Binary Technologies. Customer may use the final product (Developed website) for their official purpose without any modification or changes until customer does not have the Ownership of the website. Customer can purchase the theme and design (Final Developed website including the themes) at a additional cost specified by Binary Technologies.
Websites and Application resell rights resides only with Binary Technologies. Contents, Images, pictures other than those provided by customers; are the proprietary material of binary technologies.
Payment Terms and Conditions
 All services are provided on a pre-payment basis.
Payment to be made favoring “Binary Technologies” payable at Pune India,
Customer may make the payment by Cheque, Demand Draft and/or Cash.
Payments must be made within due date as specified on your invoice.
Payments if not made within the due date will attract late fee OR the account can be suspended at the sole discretion of Binary Technologies.
All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. Binary Technologies reserve the right of change its rates or pricing policy at any given point of time but the customers who have paid for their account will continue with the same pricing for their current billing cycle for with they have paid for.
Client is solely responsible for all government taxes and fees of any nature associated with Binary Technologies service.
